Cooking Classes
Refunds:
In-person cooking classes can be refunded if you cancel your reservation at least 5 calendar days before the scheduled class.
To request a refund, please contact us at support@dianeaddison.com with your order details.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving your cancellation request.
Cancellations Less Than 5 Days:
Cancellations made less than 5 calendar days before the scheduled class are not eligible for a refund.
You may, however, transfer your reservation to another person by notifying us at support@dianeaddison.com at least 24 hours before the class.
Hand-Poured Candles
No Refunds:
All sales of hand-poured candles are final. We do not offer refunds for candle purchases.
Damaged Candles:
If your candles arrive damaged, please contact us at support@dianeaddison.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and a photo of the damaged candles.
We will replace any damaged candles at no additional cost to you.
